My gas bottles are stored in an awkward place, down a flight of rocky stairs. I had asked for assistance in getting the bottle down this flight of stairs to make it easier for me to get it to the point of use when I am alone after work. Gas exchange went above and beyond this request to ensure that all I had to do was connect the gas pipe. Considering that this is a 48 Kg bottle; this counts for me as going many miles extra to ensure that their customer is satisfied; really impressed with your service. Thank you

Please note that due to COVID-19, we want to have as little contact with you during deliveries as possible & will no longer be doing disconnections & re-connections. Please have the correct amount of cash or do an EFT as we will only be excepting two different payment methods – EFT or COD.

Lastly, our gas bottles arrive in perfect working order & are clean. We would like your empty to be in the same condition as well.
